FAQs

Will my site visitor need to install any plug-in prior to using click-to-call button?

Absolutely not. Tokpod is built using WebRTC and all modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox & Opera natively support it.

Will I get a new phone number with the tokpod API?

When you create a pod, you assign a phone number where tokpod will transfer all calls. Tokpod therefore does not assign you a new number.

Can I place the click-to-call button on multiple webpages?

Yes, you can place the button on multiple pages on your website. We recommend placing the button where the customer is most likely to click it - such as your home or contact page.

What phone call related analytics does tokpod provide?

We provide various call related data points such as callee origin country, IP address, user agent information, calls start/end time and call duration.

Do I need programming skills to integrate tokpod click-to-call API?

Tokpod is built so that anyone can integrate it into their website. Only a basic html knowledge is needed to successfully integrate tokpod.
